Overnights with Delaware Nature Society (DelNature) are a wonderful guided experience for our scouts.
Overnight trips include multiple hands-on activities led by dedicated naturalists. Group leaders work with DelNature staff to create an exciting outdoor/ indoor adventure that includes just the features you want.

Spend a night on the legendary Battleship New Jersey, a floating museum on the Camden Waterfront across from Penn’s Landing, Philadelphia.
From the moment you walk up the gangway, you’ll be greeted with a breathtaking display of the battleship’s size. She’s nearly three football fields long and eleven stories high. During your stay, you’ll develop an appreciation of this Iowa-class battleship built to “keep floating and keep fighting”.
Imagine her incredible power firing nine 16-inch guns reaching land targets nearly twenty-three miles away.
Provide a lifetime of memories for your group with an Overnight Stay aboard the Battleship New Jersey Museum and Memorial.
Tickets are $60 per person. Purchase tickets below.
Overnight parking in the Parking Garage will be $12.50 per vehicle.
Scouts and their families are welcome to join the Chester County Council for the 2023 Cub Scout Day Camp at Camp Exton/Oscar Lasko PARC, from Monday August 7 – Friday August 11 (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM).
This year’s camp theme Cub Scout Investigators. Scouts will learn about and use forensic science to gather information and solve mysteries – just like real Crime Scene Investigators!
This week-long day camp provides children with a positive and fun experience that builds character, forges new friendships, and provides a sense of belonging that will last beyond the summer.
Sessions are led by experienced and nationally trained staff, and partners with local community organizations to bring additional program opportunities to your child.
Please note that completion of a medical form is required for registration (see registration link).
For more information on registration please contact Day Camp Director Kerri Lea Advena at daycamp@nullcccbsa.org or 610.696.2900.
